Why this must be read: This is the first story I ever read that had any slash in it. And, I have to admit at first I was squicked. But, then I realized that I had more of a problem with the fact that Marie could fuck anyone besides Logan.

Yeah, I know... I need to wake up and smell the coffee! They are not the only pairing in the X-Men Movieverse...

So, I’ve since read “A Sensible Compromise,” and it’s sequel “Rumors,”several times and I really love them. They are both just so very well written and just so damn funny in parts.

The best thing about them though, IMHO, is that fyrdrakken nails a wonderful characterization of Logan. I mean, think about it: it is totally believable that the Wolverine would choose to fuck his competition (Remy) for Marie rather than killing him and pissing her off in the process!
