Twelve Steps to Understanding by Ingenius Inc (NC-17)
Before I launch into this - an apology. I leave on holiday in about ten minutes and I wanted to get my recs finished before I left for the fair city of Cardiff. So I apologise for the spam but I'm sure people will understand.

Why this must be read:
For my last rec I wanted to share this story. It is simply a work of great beauty. The language is phenomenal, the characters are so damn true and the story is gorgeous (not to mention there is one scene than damn well nearly killed when I read it!).
I wish I could say more than 'Go! Read! Love!' but I don't have the words right now.
Just read and love this story and give feedback to the author (not the poster;)) I think she's now writing Torchwood but whatever she writes, I'll read it. Can't say fairer than that.

That (pretty much) wraps up the July recs for NCIS. I promise to park carefully at the Navy Yard and hope that my successor in the van has as much fun as I did rec'cing. If you're thinking about signing up - go for it! It's a lot of fun;) and there is always a need for the NCIS love to be spread.

And the author hasn't given up NCIS -- she's betaing something for me this week, if I get it to her.
If you post feedback on the story site I will notify her. The story is onmy ID because her country blocked LJ so she couldn't read the comments last summer.
