Why this must be read:

Elly is known for being a romance and smut writer, although she does deviate from her chosen genres on occasion. This series is a prime example of one of those deviations. Here she takes a character who will be introduced in the eighth season of Smallville and produces a dark tale of what this character could do. Elly tackles the issue of addiction deftly and while this story is far from being light heartened, it is a series that really shouldn’t be missed. It’s might be a series you won’t reread, but it will break your heart a bit and there’s something about that fact which compels me to rec this series.
