Why this must be read:
I have a deep admiration for those among us who can weave words into a story that entertains others. Beyond that however, is a special admiration for those authors who manage to write a good story with nothing but dialogue. It seems to me that has to be one of the hardest ways to tell a story, because not only do the characters have to get across meaning and ideas, but also setting, plot, character motivation and personality, etc. To tell such a story, and have it be good, takes skill and balance. Kelandris manages all of this and even throws in some humor, drama, and a revelation of smoe secrets to make it complete.
For my last rec of the month let me drive you to Broken. I hope it helps you to enjoy the last day of July.
