Okay, so it's goodbye (and a frap) from puffy-faced Pete, his little dog, and from me. I have loved taking my turn here, and the power has totally gone to my head. I'm actually starting up a crack_van clone where I'm the only reccer and all the recs are for posts I've written about how awesome I am. You should definitely swing by and check it out sometime. Why this must be read: Because I'm BREAKING ALL THE RULES to rec it! I totally already recced something by Valerie, but DAMN. DAMN. This story makes me laugh like Mutley from the Wacky Races. What we get is Pete giving Patrick useful hints on how to seduce Gerard Way. The hint-giving goes on for some time:

"Okay, step two. You have to make yourself appear dangerous and vulnerable. He has substance issues, so doing a cute drunk thing could get triggery and backfire. We'll have to go with a mild case of depression. But you don't want to inspire him to write a song about you or anything. We need something that's not too heavy." He stopped pacing and thought for a moment. "Do you think you can pull off seasonal affective disorder?"

Patrick shrugged. "I guess."

"Okay," Pete continued. "So he comes in, you compliment him, give him a Pop Tart, angst over the weather, and then, get naked."

IT WOULD WORK ON ME. Okay, look, I just want you all to have a rollicking good time, right? And this story is a ROLLICKING GOOD TIME. It is a story in which Gerard Way is the normal one. He thinks Pete and Patrick are doing performance art. Go click the link, it'll make love and light expand in your heart. HA the homeboyslife thing was a total injoke. And someone got it!! I made it for MYSELF! That was one of the weirdest things about doing crack_van, just who to aim it at. You know 95% of people on c_v won't be in bandom, but also that waaaaay more bandom people than have ever heard of me would be reading. I got dissed by bandom people (well, one, that i saw), but the non-bandom types LOVE me. (I'm also v big in Belgium)
