Okay, I'll admit it, I'm cheating. But the instructions did say I could mention more than one fic if they fit a theme, and my fascination with fixed-length ficlets has led me into temptation. Ever since KCS invented the 221b (221 words exactly and the last one has to start with a "B") a number of authors over at ff.n have been playing with the toy, and producing works that range from angst to sheer silliness. Most of these are collected into "stories" of many unrelated chapters, so I've chosen to link you directly to some of the bits I like. (in no particular order.)
