Why this must be read:

I have this thing for Skin!fic. Skin is was and always will be one of my favorite episode, mainly because it is the one that dragged me into the fandom and shapeshifter!Dean/Sam is one of the things I like best about fic centering around this episode. While this is short, it still manages to beautifully capture Sam's confusion at waking up and being confronted with this thing wearing his brother's body. It's wonderfully written and packs a lot of angst into a little space.
