Why this must be read: Illya's been blinded, Napoleon has been shot in the leg and they're slowly making their way down a tunnel that will either lead to safety or disaster. Shay has been rec'd here many times before and with good reason. She has a wonderful knack for finding both Napoleon's and Illya's voice whether it be in her longer works, her humorous short stories or her hurt/comfort tales.
