Why this must be read: I wasn't going to rec more than one of each pairing, but then this turned up, and I just had to rec it. I seem to be in a Fraser/Victoria kind of mood lately.
Don't read this if you're too sensitive to angst--the rating is for violence, not sex. But if you do like angst, this is chilling in the best way. I love ghost stories, and even more do I love stories where we can't quite tell if they're ghost stories or not. I also love how immediate and vivid this story is.
