Why this must be read:

As anyone that knows me can tell I am a huge fan of of 'pre-series' fics, especially of the 'How Tony Got Hired' variety. And while I love all of the angsty crime fic out there that uses some gruesome case to bring Tony to Gibbs's attention it is nice to find a much more humorous look at how Tony might have met Gibbs.

Totally light-hearted and yet true to both Tony and Gibbs in the characterization.
