I love this story. But the only way I can read it is with the sure conviction that Napoleon will find him in time and that whatever has been done to Illya can be fixed.

I never gave it a thought - I always figured there was a happy ending off stage. It never occurred to me that there was a chance of an unhappy one.

Does it help at all to know you're not alone? I re-read at least one story from the site every day and I think I've read them all. Well, all of the ones that pair the boys. Not too interested in seeing them with other folks.
