Hi, I'm Caroline, and I'll be your driver for CSI this month. It sort of snuck up on me so I haven’t really prepared recs. Therefore I'm planning to spend the month reveling in one of the oft-neglected CSI pairings: Nick/Greg. There's so much canonical evidence for these two that it continues to surprise me that more people don’t write them. They don't get mentioned much in recs, either, so that's what I'll be focusing on this month.

To that end, my first rec is "Anticipation" by Neko. It's a PWP, certainly, but my favorite thing about this fic is that it really captures the connection between Nick and Greg. It's that 'can't keep my hands off you' sort of anticipation that makes this fic not only hot, but also really sweet, because Greg always knows just what Nick needs, and he always delivers.

There were rules, and boundaries, but it didn't make the wait any easier.
