This is a college AU that's very funny and very sweet.
Ryan already knew that Jon was hot. He had eyes, after all, and he only needed glasses when he drove. He also wasn't stupid. So it wasn't like when Brendon leaned in and whispered (definitely loud enough for Jon to hear), "Ryan, your roommate is so fucking hot," a series of synapses fired in Ryan's brain that ended with him getting a big, fat crush on Jon Walker. He'd already been there long before his friends came for a visit.
