why this must be read: I hesitate to describe this as a crossover, since it is not--and to be honest, there aren't actually any Time Lords in the story. Just Captain Jack Harkness and his old friend Captain John. Nearly all of Rae's stories have been recced, but this one was written for me, for my birthday last year, so I get to rec it. It's short and fun. This is older Starsky and Hutch watching Torchwood on TV--and there are a couple of spoilers for Torchwood Season 2 ep 1, if you haven't seen it!
