Why this vid kicks ass:

Some people joke about the cult of Pete Wentz taking over bands' minds and the fans' minds. Out of this idea sprang a comm called cultverse that posits the question, "What if Pete Wentz actually IS a cult leader?" And there are many I-can't-sleep-Wentz-will-eat-me stories contained therein that are very, very good.

Serial Killers Don't Kill Their Boyfriend is what I'd consider the video representation of all the subtle, terrifying machinations inspired from that community. The vid is based off the "Saturday" music video by Fall Out Boy that is already creepily based on a cop!Patrick tracking down a serial killer!Pete; however the direction of this vid makes the scenario twenty times as pants-wetting frightening when it's serial killer!Pete out for his boyfriend!Patrick's blood. Creep-o-rama.

Insert joke here that being a creeper is just how Pete Wentz probably DOES like it.

I video for If I Had You that just came out made it even clearer to me. Here's Adam, leading his band of artist friends/ravers/Burner friends into the woods to dance. And to just drive the point home, there's Allison from American Idol, glittered up and gazing at him adoreingly.

I mean, it would be a sweeter, more pro-humanity kind of Cultverse, but oh god. So easy. I need to get on that.

I don't know where I initially found the vid, but it fits right into cultverse.

Hmmm, no I hadn't thought of that. Mostly because I'm not the vidmaker. But I guess I could throw it up there as a rec too and see what everyone else makes of it.
