Why this must be read: As you've hopefully noticed this month, I'm quite fond of stories where it feels like the authors have captured the characters and here again I believe in this piece the author has done just that. Gibbs quietly helping Tony come down after an intense undercover op feels so right and is something I would dearly love to see in the show. The way that Gibbs deals with a jealous Hollis Mann? Again, oh to have seen that on screen. But you can't have everything. Thankfully we have talented writers like_thelostcity to bring these moments to life for us.

I wasn't hinting that I needed words of encouragement, though they are always gratefully accepted.
Only four more stories and one vid to go before my month is over. I've volunteered to drive the van for The Man from U.N.C.L.E. next month so I'll still be around. (Might even be able to sneak in a NCIS crossover... *g*)

The final four keep changing. I started with just a list of 12 plus 1 crossover but then I'd find a story that I loved that I couldn't find that had been rec'd before and I'd add that to the list... ah well. Maybe I'll sign up to drive again next year. (I think the rest of this year is full up.)
