I have never seen "The Man From UNCLE", but I love David McAllum in NCIS, and all these recs I've seen over the years at crack_van have me intrigued. I checked Netflix, and it's not available for streaming there, only disc rental, and it's not on Hulu. I'd rather not have discs mailed to me by Netflix, and I really don't want to buy dvds of a show I've never seen before. Do you have any ideas where I might find it?

Actually, I haven't read any of the stories yet, I didn't want to without having seen at least some of the show. I was just starting to feel left out of the fun.

"Forever Knight" was my first online fandom. I found it in 1998, which was two years after the show went off he air. Now, in 2011 the man fandom list, FORKNI-L is still going strong, and some of the faction lists are still active.

I tried one episode of what I presume was Man from UNCLE (it said File Forty but it mentioned Napoleon) and it said it had been removed at the request of Warner Brothers, who I presume own the rights. :(

Sadly, yes it would seem that the agents of evil are on the case with the removal of goodness. I am so sorry because MFU is made of win and yay. But there are many many stills to be found of Baby!McCallum, not the same, but enjoyable nonetheless. Maybe the library will have them and you can get a little taste of our boys all young and handsome and whatnot.
