fireez, and I will be having the pleasure to rec some of my favorite Watchmen fics this month. To start things off, have a taste of my favorite pairing!
Fandom: WATCHMEN
Pairing: Adrian Veidt/Edward Blake (aka Ozymandias/The Comedian)

Why this must be read:
Because it's hot.
But apart from that, it also does a very good job of portraying the characters. Both the Comedian and Ozymandias are men with Issues with a capital "I", and that part is not glossed over in this fic. Rather, those issues are woven into the story in a way that makes it very believable.
Also, the fic plays on a theme that for me, and many other fans of this pairing, is central to its appeal. Adrian and Eddie don't like each other very much. They're not lovers, not even friends, which makes for delicious not-quite-hatesex.
