This is a femslash Steampunk AU, for one thing, and if that doesn't pull you in right away then I don't know what will.

But on a more informative note, this story is ALSO a plotty case fic with great worldbuilding, appearances by lots of characters, awesome plot twists and reveals, and a creepy, creepy Lilth. When I first read it I wasn't sure if it was going to be my kind of story, but it quickly pulled me in and I am so glad that I read it.
