Why this must be read: This is one of the most beautiful post-apocalyptic fics I have ever read. Brendon and Victoria are not characters that are usually in the same place, but they make such a good, interesting connection here. It's sad, full of memories of their lost bands and the broken way they're trying to cope with it, but it's also hopeful. Completely gorgeous and full of beautiful human interaction. Obvious warnings for character death.
