Why this must be read: Battlefield of Dreams is the sequel to The Color Green. In the Color Green the guys were trying to catch a killer who kidnaps blond, blue eyed men and tortures, rapes, and marks their genitals with green paint before he kills them. Hutch happens to be blond, blue eyed, and a man and the killer sees him while he's investigating the case and kidnaps him etc... It's a very intense and well written story.
