Why this must be read:
On Gallifrey, each baby falls down only once.
It’s short whimsical drabble exploring on who the Doctor is- in relation to other time lords, in relation to time itself- and a brilliant ending on the relationship between Nine and Rose. It is a lovely bit of character study and mostly regeneration-neutral, which is interesting since it looks between any number of different personalities and finds common ground.
