Sometimes the hardest journeys to make are the familiar ones.
Post Journey's End’s end, from the Doctor’s POV. One’s who’s dropped off all him companions and now feels a little alone. So he keeps dropping by Torchwood, where Jack’s collected Martha and Micky and maybe he learns to stay in touch with friends who aren’t traveling with him anymore. It’s some lovely friendship fic.
