Why this must be read: For the last couple of recs this month, I'm going in the direction of "things that really shouldn't make sense but work in my head". Safe to say that John Isner, one of the tallest tennis players ever, as a hooker would qualify as such (it might make a little more sense right now as he just did ESPN Magazine's Body Issue). Yep, John is the hooker, Andy is the pimp, Feli is the client looking for "a shallow facsimile of affection" and Mr. Fish is totally a mobster name. This fic works well because the voices of the characters, even in this universe, fit quite well.
