Why this must be read: For some people, music plays an essential part in life. It’s in their head, pops out of them all the time, and plays over their life like the soundtrack to a movie, or a music video. I think Hutch must be one of these. It's canon that he’s musically inclined – he plays the guitar and the piano (and attempts the trumpet), whistles, and likes to sing (he's a light tenor). Dawnwind's Hutch’s Song is a wonderfully lyrical story about the music running through Hutch’s life and in his heart. It’s very prettily done, and the ending rocks.
