Why this must be read:
I wasn't going to do crossover day, but then I remembered all the QL crossovers I love (several of which have already been recced here), and I caved. This is another fic by Azar (really just read all her stuff), and it's everything I want in a QL crossover.
Which is this: Sam goes in, makes a genuine connection with the universe, where everyone's in character, helps something there, but doesn't have a smug authorial-sounding voice about how he knows what's better for everyone and the canon.
