This story is unique in the fact that the narrator is neither Clark nor Lex, nor any other member of the show. The narrator for this story is an investigative reporter. A part of me wants to believe that the author of this story is a photojournalist in real life as there are so many accurate (or at least I'd like to believe they're accurate) details that pepper the story and lend it credence.

Lex Luthor is President of the United States. Our fearless reporter is looking for a money shot. And boy does he get it. Could the President be having an affair? And what will the first husband have to say about his infidelity?

This was one of the first stories I read when I joined the Smallville fandom and has always had a special place in my heart. So, go. Read. Enjoy.
