I am an enormous fan of the five things story device. Granted, this is four things, but the concept still applies. AUs have always caught my attention, those moments where things could change completely if Ryan didn't get on the Ferris Wheel, or Dawn didn't drink at Casino Night; if Donnie had shot Seth, or Ryan had stayed with Theresa one night.

Molly does a great job with exploring the unknown, almost showing a different facet of Ryan's character with each section. I think this is an awesome story, and it ends on a high note--which is how I wanted to end my month of recs. This story is an intriguing set of what-ifs.
