A little angst, a Clark I could relate to and a wonderful supportive Lex. Season 2 ish. I liked the way the author took a look at Clark's feelings towards his place in his parents' life. I found it rare to find a story that explores Clark's feelings of insecurity and longing to belong. This is one of the early stories I read. It still gets to me after over 3 years. Must be something in there. : )

Oh this story is one of my absolute fav's. I must have read it dozens of times already, and just reread it again. This story just sinks hooks into you and never lets go. An absolute rec that is not to be missed.
