Well I'm a sucker for a great opening, for tough guys who have the emotional maturity of housepets who stumble through important things with as much as grace as an ox wearing a blindfold and for fantastic titles.

In some ways this is a "we aren't gay, we're just men having sex with another man" fic, but to me it is about growing up, screwing up, and realising that even though you may not get a second chance with the person in your bed there is always the chance for a second chance over all.

Also some lines are extremely funny. You'll feel a little bit guilty for laughing.

We had just lost to the Devils in the first round of the playoffs in '97. So the most fucked up, pissed off and downright obnoxious guys on the team decided to go to a bar to drown our sorrows. Of course Scott Thornton and I were there.

Supernova: A rare celestial phenomenon involving the explosion of most of the material in a star, resulting in an extremely bright, short-lived object that emits vast amounts of energy.

So, I just wanted to say. Last night after I discovered through you that hockey fic existed, I went on a very tired hunt for some Darcy Tucker fic.

Could I find any? I found ONE. And it was 2nd person angsty his father had died fic, and I didn't want depressing death fic.

YAY! Gonna read when I get home from work.

Oh I loved that fic! The road trip one right? untitled (summary Darcy Tucker's father is dying, roadtrip!) (http://community.livejournal.com/hockey_fc/6974.html) Trust me it's not actually a angsty-father-is-dying fic. It's a little tiny bit angsty, but it's very darcy. Umm there isn't a lot of leafs fic, breaks my heart. He used to appear as a secondary character with shayne and travis a lot. There's a long one that robyn will be pimping with him later in the month. Anyway here is a couple that are unlocked.
