I'm bessemerprocess and I'll be driving this month's Fake News RPF van right smack into Real News RPF. Yes, that's right, this month will be full of Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert doing crazy things with (and to) Anderson Cooper, Keith Olbermann, and Rachel Maddow (and a few others as well).

Why this must be read: This was my introduction to the PRT (Pundit Round Table), and it's quick snapshot of a group of friends who obviously care for each other sucked me into the fandom. Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert, and Keith Olbermann welcome Anderson Cooper back home after the shooting of Planet In Peril.


Jon doesn't smoke the cigarettes Anderson gave him in that interview, but he always lights one when Anderson's somewhere dangerous. He burns them like they're a sacrament, an offering to some god of journalism, a patron saint of wayward reporters or, really, anyone who might listen.
