Why this must be read: It's a wonderfully breezy read from Illya's POV as he, Napoleon and four other U.N.C.L.E. agents are making their way back to New York HQ when their journey is interrupted by a fierce storm. Finding shelter at a small hotel, the story pulls you in with a sense of warmth, humor, camaraderie and ultimately love. It's a tender story that never fails to make me smile.

I have mine in a boring text file. I worry about duplicating a story but if it happens, then it happens. I wish with the older fandoms there was one story a month that could be a kind of "Retro Classic" - you know stories that were rec'd more than 18 months ago or something. At least you can rec those stories everyday through mfuficfind.
