Sam ends up as a patient at Princeton-Plainsboro under House's care. Dean is pitch-perfect here as he tries to save Sam's life while House... is House. Also with a side of Wilson, where Wilson and Dean compare notes about their brothers.

Excerpt: "It was a dark and stormy night," House intoned from the passenger seat as the Impala's headlights cut through a heavy mist.

"It's not stormy," Wilson observed from the back seat where he was struggling to keep Sam's unconscious body from jackknifing onto the floor. "A little foggy, maybe...."

"You have the soul of an accountant," House said darkly.

"Whereas you're the artist, suffering for.... What is it you're suffering for again?"

"Don't know what I'm suffering for, but I'm suffering from fools."

"Christo," Dean snarled. Both House and Wilson stared at him with perplexed expressions. Dean shrugged and explained. "It's a way to determine if someone's possessed by a demon."

"You...you think we're possessed?" Wilson asked, clearly flabbergasted by the notion.

"No, actually. Demons aren't nearly this annoying."
