Why this must be read: Because it's hilarious. OK, in all seriousness, Waffles takes a premise that is pure crack and blends it into something that not only works, but is exactly the sort of thing you can believe Mycroft has to deal with. Well, maybe not exactly, but it's not surprising at all to find him knowing how to handle the situation presented to him.
I've always been one for crack pairings, and this one definitely qualifies.
