I have been in love with David McCallum for over 40 years. Bear in mind that he has no idea who I am and I've never met him, corresponded with him, talked to him or stalked him, so my image of him might be all wrong, but it works for me. I'm sharing this with you as a partial explanation of why I'm recommending this story. I like stories that show Ducky as a sexy guy, because I think David is sexy. Apparently I'm not alone, as this story was nominated for a 2005 NCIS Award. In this story, Ducky's in a relationship with Abby and they are having illicit sex in Autopsy. Very hot steamy sex. (Bear in mind that the story was written seeral years before Jimmy and Michelle started doing it all over Autopsy.) It's a PWP from start to finish with some really good passion-filled moments. Vidder: SD Wolfpup Musical artist: Guster Pairing: Fraser/Vecchio Vidder on LJ: sdwolfpupVidder's website: Wolfpup SerenadeWhy this vid kicks ass:This vid makes me kind of incoherent, so I'm having trouble coming up with more than "it's SD Wolfpup, and it's Fraser/Vecchio," because really, that should be more than enough, but I will try to be more descriptive. :) SDW is one of my favorite vidders; her deft touch with the entire emotional range of a story, from the comic to the profound, the angsty to the sweet, is unbelievable. I also think you would be hard-pressed to find anyone who loves Fraser/Vecchio more than she does. And when a vid is made with a great deal of love and executed with a great deal of skill, I don't really know that you can ask for much more than that. This is Fraser and Vecchio, in all their loving and loyal and dorky and angsty and exasperating and exasperated glory. There is nothing about this vid I don't adore, from the brilliant use of motion to the comprehensive scope to the vivid distillation of the characters and their relationship. I love it. Go watch it.
