Hi! I'm TSB, and I volunteered to rec Power Rangers this month. I'll be trying to give a pretty broad overview of the first 4 1/2 seasons but knowing me, a bunch of the recs will probably center around Adam. So! Power Rangers. A bunch of teenagers in spandex fighting aliens. You probably watched it, admit it. And then [insert Ranger here] left the show and you quit watching. Well, it ran for seventeen seasons, and season 18 starts filming soon. There are nearly 100 major characters, and each season brings us at least five additional Rangers. And it all (pretty much) shares the same continuity. I'm mostly going to concentrate on the first four 1/2 seasons, but expect spoilers for all of the Zordon era (first six seasons), Forever Red (the 10th anniversary team-up), Dino Thunder (season 12, also starring Tommy), and Once a Ranger (the 15th anniversary team-up). NCIS: LA is a U.S. television show that airs Tuesday nights at 9pm on CBS. The first season ended in May, 2010, and the second season premiere will air on September 21, 2010. NCIS: LA is a spin-off of NCIS, which itself was a spin-off of JAG. Both NCIS and NCIS: LA involve the fictional agents of the not-so-fictional Naval Criminal Investigative Service, a US law enforcement agency that investigates crimes that involve members of the Navy, the Marine Corps and their families. The NCIS shows are in some ways typical crime procedurals, except the criminals or victims (and sometimes both!) are in the Navy. Let’s get to the overview! Arthur and Morgana are a romantic pairing built on what ifs and maybes, these two and angst often go hand in hand, which is done to heartbreaking perfection in this piece. “I like the idea of making you regret things,” she said once with a smirk.

It's the swinging '70s and threesomes were supposed to prove how liberated a couple is, but Starsky immediately senses that he doesn't belong, and neither does Hutch. It’s an unforgiving look at the characters at their most human, and a beautiful exploration of the individualities of the various Cylons. Jin has a new profession, Mugen's reputation precedes him and Fuu tells it like it is. Even if she doesn't always know what it is herself. This fic is pretty much exactly as the author describes it, but more importantly this is one of those rare fics that really could be canon. Agent Orange has the snappy dialogue and quirky randomness of Samurai Champloo nailed perfectly. If Samurai Champloo had a sequel, I'd want it to be this fic. Part Time | | |
